SUPPORTED LIVING PROGRAM

The Supported Living Program was designed to create a more independent setting for individuals who still require a high level of staff support.

Located in Haslett, MI, our program is comprised of seven two-bedroom apartment units, providing program client's their own individual living space. 

One apartment unit is a dedicated staff office, providing staffing support on-site 24-hours per day.  Staff support in each client apartment is individualized to meet specific client care needs.
