CBI'S GIVING TREE FARM
Community Based Interventions (CBI) is a non-profit organization started in 1995, which obtained Giving Tree Farm in 2005 to provide vocational and daily productive activity for individuals with brain injury and developmental disabilities.
CBI Rehabilitation Services partners with Community Based Intervention's Giving Tree Farm to contract use of farm ground and facilities in order to provide vocational opportunities and training for individuals with disabilities in a tranquil setting.
CBI's Giving Tree Farm is located on 22 acres of land in north Lansing. The Giving Tree Farm assists individuals in developing a wide range of vocational skills, allowing them to be in a regular structured environment, and offering the opportunity to be involved in the community.
With eight green houses and over 7 acres of fields, the farm offers various environments to work in.
Our woodworking shop and 2,400 square foot vocational activity center offers additional vocational opportunities for individuals of all capabilities year-round.
